My picture went out on my TV and the warranty covered a replacement TV. All done the same day. I received a larger television and cash because TV's cost less now.

I have used Geek Squad in the past and was happy with them. I haven’t used them lately, but feel they will be good.

They took care of the needs very well. Very nice people.

No mounting was done. Customer will do it themself.

simple peace of mind, $5,000 on a TV and little peace of mind is warranted!

We wish that we purchase the 5-year protection with the TV purchased in June 2023.

I am usually not a warranty guy, but I finally overcame my fears and got an OLED TV and this is one time I felt the cost was justified. Turns out Best Buy's warranty is the only one in the business that covers burn-in! I was so afraid to get an OLED< but with the peace of mind this gives me I am able to enjoy gaming and movies on the best TV I have ever laid eyes on. If the dreaded burn-in happens, Best Buy has my back.

purchased this for my TCL tv. Have not used but I have incase anything should happen in the next 5 years.

The Geek Squad were amazing. I'm not an idiot! I have hooked up many systems before. But the new speakers that I could never get great sound out of them. The Squad hooked them up properly and made system easy to navigate easily between different units in the system. The TV was crisp and they did it all quickly too! It had been frustrating to have these great speakers but not be able to enjoy them as I can now. I had 6 yrs of college! You'd think I coulda figured it out!

Highly recommend extended warranty through Best Buy! The entire process is easy, and the techs are prompt and professional. They really took care of all my needs right through setup and walk through.

We buy this on every TV we buy. Hopefully we won't need it on the new TV! We did use it on our previous TV The Geek squad spent a couple of hours trying to find out what was wrong. Once they figured it out, they fixed it quickly. Very efficient!

Everything is working fine.I have no problem with the service.

The crew that came out to do the install were very polite, and neat. Had a problem with one of the products (component was damaged) they took care of it without any problems, In the past I would do my our install, but for the money it was well worth it, before they left they made sure all components worked to my satisfaction, will use them again, Thank you Best Buy and Sterling

Just had ro drop off no setup.the delivery people was very helpful wirh service.
