Havnt had to use them yet so cant complain a good concept though

I hope to never use it on my resent purchase, but I did use it once on my 72" tv a few years ago and it paid off. They couldn't fix the tv so they replaced it with a brand new one. So worth getting the protection for a few hundreds than losing thousands of $.

Geek Squad protection has been a great asset to me in the past. I always make sure to purchase the protection plan with my electronics. Geek Squad staff has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when I've needed them.

I love Geek Squad Service! So convenient and so hassle free. Just a phone call and my TV was repaired when needed or replaced when repairs didn't make sense. What not to love? Thank you, guys, for making our life easier.

Only purchase just in case something happens but never have needed it luckily

Anything over the size of a tablet I always get extra insurance. Always always ask if protection you buy starts after the one year warranty or immediately each place is different

I found it more than helpful to always buy a protection plan. After much consideration, it was very welcomed to have just in case. Best Buy is very helpful when it comes to protection plans. I have purchased them in the past and found that it came in handy. You can't go wrong here depending on your purchase.

The protection gives me peace of mind knowing that if there are any issues with my new product, I can trust that Geek Squad will be of great service and come up with timely resolutions.

Haven’t had to use it but glad I got it for my new Hisense TV. I don’t know much about the brand so I thought it was a safe bet

The color on my TV started to fail so I called. Long story short they replaced the set right away.

Excellent, it looks good, the sound is good and it is about 1 inch, I like it a lot.

But overall thank you to the Geek squad online customer service team.
