Highly recommend this insurance policy on your expensive purchases if for nothing more than peace of mind. I’ve been very fortunate so far and haven’t needed to use it but it’s nice knowing it’s there if I do need it.

After your failed phone evaluation, The visit from technician was able to address my broken TV in two days after a wasted two weeks of phone service!

We've always gotten the protection plan and more often than not we've used it within the 5 year time line. Great service, love the Geek Squad!

I always get the Geek Squad plan on everything I purchase at Best Buy it takes the hassles out of whatever goes wrong or whatever you need to call them up they just replace it if it can't be repaired

I purchased for a minimal fee a warranty on the TV. I feel confident that Best Buy will stand behind their warranty.

Its worth it to get but i have not needed to take anything in since we take care of our stuff!

5-year Geek Squad Protection Plan. A must have for such a beautiful and expensive TV. Gives us peace of mind. Worth the additional cost, ask my son who didn’t have it and needed it for his drone.

You can never go wrong with support you can count on! I have never had to have them come to me, but they would because I am covered and the times I had to bring in items, they were replaced if they could not be repaired.

Professional service. I had no luck in repairing my laptop but they handled it professionally. My unit was bought in Canada and I did manage to get it repair at BB in Canada.

We love to buy the extended warranty on a no name brand of tv. But this is a Toshiba but it was such a great price but we decided to get the 5 year warranty anyway. It's a great feeling to have this Geek Squad coverage!!1

Have always shopped at Bestbuy because of geek squad.Great service and staff .Haventbdisappointed us yet at least not at University Bestbuy in Florida.I’m confident all others won’t disappoint either. Hopefully new yearly service is just as well as monthly per item service.

It is really nice to have this service, I can take my product back if needed, which gives me a lot of piece of mind. And after 5 years, most products need some kind of service!

Great sales associate was a terrific help with great advice and assistance. He was such a big help and did a fabulous job of up-selling the products I was just checking stuff out.

Love this protection, they came thru when my other TV had lines across the screen, one phone call and a replacement TV was on the way
