We bought this for "protection" but have not had to use it.

So glad to have a warranty with this product! It makes it easier to spend the money on it.

It is better to go for what is safe and reliable... they offer you a good policy

so if u need to return your tv after 1 year and u have a 5 year warranty u loose 4 years of it because u have to buy a new warranty for the new tv they give u. my advise is to get a 2 year warranty and just renew it 3 months before just incase its breaks sooner than later

I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!

I always get tgis with every major purchase. You never know when you will need this.

I haven't had to use it at all, but it's nice to know it's there in case something terrible has it.

I love the geej squade they have fix laptops and answered many questions. I recommend them.

I have not had any trouble with the TV I purchased this policy for. However this TV replaced another one that I had the Geek Squad protection on. The TV could not be repaired so Best Buy just gave me back the amount I paid and I purchase the TV I currently have. It truly was no hassle.

Geek Squad is extremely clutch. Absolutely worth the money. I have used them multiple times, and they never fail.

Always feel safe. There is absolutely no substitute for being responsible. But accidents do happen, even with the best of us.

Great peace of mind in case anything happens to my 86 inch tv.

This tv works great and has a clear picture, I bought it for my brother and he is very happy with it.
