Always excellent customer service from my Best Buy Geek Squad repair team!!

I recommend Geek Squad protection to protect the product. The only negative is that I wish that Best Buy would lower the price on the plan, back to where it used to be. I almost didn't buy the plan due to the high cost.

Have not had to use service as of this date. I have had to you use the Geek Squad service on previous purchases and it was a good experience.

Haven't needed to use my warranty yet and I hope I never will but I have used a best buy/geek squad warranty in the past and they always hold up their end of the deal.

Good protection plan, and with the benefits of being a member has nice perks as well.

When purchasing an expensive item from Best Buy, I always purchase the Geek Squad Protection plan. I've had several items under the Geek Squad plan replaced with no worries.

Seems like a good deal. I haven't used it yet. I think there should be something in place where you cant review. Until you've used the services.

Purchased this when I purchased my Sony Tv... Low nd behold my tv that I bought 2 yrs ago decided it wasn’t gonna work anymore...so I was able 2 call geek squad 2 come out Nd take a look... best service ever

I'm hoping I don't have to use this GSP but if I do it's in place. I had a protection plan before for a Samsung Plasma and it came in handy.

The agents arrived right on time. Installed my new wall bracket and tv!! Totally recommend buying the 5 year contract. My old tv went out 4 years 11 months into the contract and the replacement was a total upgrade!!

Nice to have in case needed and just never know. So if anything does happen I'll be ready with geek squad

Ive used geek squad before and will definitely use it again. Any issues i have they are very informative and nice. I can get confused sometimes but they are very patient with my lack of knowledge.

The Geek squad was extremely helpful! The Tv and everything works amazing with my ps5

Glad that I got geek squad because anything that I never had a warranty on for usually goes out but I have had my TV for a while no problem so I hope it not any problems but if I do I have the crap
