We have had 2 use this feature 1 time on a vacuum and i have to say, the simplicity of replacement is worth the price. Our 1,5 year old Dyson gave up the ghost and we had to tap our 2 year coverage we added. All i had to do is drive down to the store and pick up a brand new Dyson. Done. Can't ask for more.

I absolutely love the Geek Squad Protection service from Best Buy. I never hesitate to purchase it, especially for my television, as it provides me with peace of mind. Just a few months before the expiration date, my TV started showing signs of going bad, and to my surprise, Geek Squad refunded the entire cost of my TV. I had experienced an ongoing issue with it, which I had previously discussed with them, but it only worsened in the last couple of months until the screen completely stopped working. This time around, I opted for a Samsung TV, and it has been a much better experience. The support team was understanding and promptly emailed me a gift card as store credit. I highly recommend Geek Squad Protection for anyone looking to safeguard their valuable electronics.
