Best protection plans around. Great customer service!

Literally the worst customer service ever. Delivery and install of TV was set for 9/17 between 10-1. Called at 10:45 to say they weren't coming, but could come 9/22 between 10-1, so took the morning off to be here for install. Then got a text at 1:19AM to day that now my appointment was changed and they'd be here 12-8PM today. Tried calling and person on phone barely spoke English.

I've had three occasions to use Geek Squad services since buying my Dell Laptop last November - each time the service was expert and timely. I recommend them highly.

This is nice to have in case something happens. Would recommend on an expensive product.

BUY the protection. I have replaced 3 tv's just months before the GS warranty was to run our.

I always get a protection plan thru geek squad , even when there is new coverage. Geek squad will fix it or replace it!! and on large items they will come to you no fee!!!

The agents are on standby for 5 years if anything were to go wrong with my tv. Now that’s called product security!

If I spend more than $100 I always get geek squad. The policy is simple and they have never let me down or failed to fix or replace items when necessary.

Always they are ready to check and fix if possible, great home visits, always on time in the windows frame given.

Haven’t used the warranty yet. Always buy these warranties due to the ease of just returning or exchanging a product.

Haven't used it yet, but it is better to be safe with an investment. $79.99 for five years is a great deal.

If you are buying a new TV you should highly recommend picking up this plan. It covers pretty much anything and you will have piece of mind if something happens.
