Ever since they've offered these extended warranties, I've purchased them. If something is wrong, just bring it in and get a new one. Simple as that.

Got this when I bought new flat screen TV didnt have it when we bought our first flat screen that tv didnt last long. This time if there is problems it will be covered.

Beware buying open box!! Gave to me physically busted and had to jump through a lot of hoops and wait in person at customer service desk at store to finally get refund
