How long does it take to ship an item for repair in the same state?? I dropped off a tv on a Sat. and saw on Wed. that its still at the same location..the service center is approx. 60 miles from the store. I will updste this if i ever get it back...fixed that is. But 4 know the 5yr warranty is not worth it.

Always get the protection warranty. OEM warranties are only good for a year. This is five years of peace of mind!

Installed my tv and hooked it up quickly. They even vacuumed and clean up the area.

Had an issue with a purchased several years ago. I did not take the protection. It was probably suggested. I learned my lesson! Glad I have it.

Live this tv. I have no problem with the sound like others have and I'm 65. I love being able to watch Amazon Prime on the tv and how easy it was to hook up to my WiFi etc. Picture is great and you can't beat the price
