I love Best Buy. Yeah had good quantity fast and friendly service. Good price yes I haven’t been to Best Buy in a long time. I love the shop y’all have good quality good service and I’m so excited to be with y’all. I have a little experience shopping at Best Buy I love it I’m so excited I bought my TV at Best Buy and I love it and the TV does everything that’s why I love the shop yeah have good service.

I always try to buy the insurance plan because you never know when you hide them.Will break down and the geek squad works for me

I recently purchased this product, and it has exceeded all my expectations! The quality is outstanding, and every feature works as advertised. A lot of thought and effort went into its design and functionality.

We've replaced 2 TV's with the warranties through geek squad, both times they've made the process an absolute breeze! If your on the fence about getting the warranty, get it! It pays for itself and takes the stress out of any repair!

We purchased this extended warranty because my dad has recently been having issues with his Samsung TV. The TV itself is really good until it glitched out at less than four months. The Samsung rep gave me the option of having their subcontracted serviceman or Geek squad handle it and I chose Geek Squad thinking it would be faster. Turns out it was but the person who set up and scheduled did not diagnose the problem correctly and therefore ordered the wrong part. I decided to keep having Geek Squad reschedule to fix but decided to try to see if Samsung could get it done earlier but when Samsung scheduled the service call, the company and number given were unreachable by phone and I couldn’t find them listed in Hawaii so I cancelled it and will look forward to next weekend when Geek Squad will return.

Geek Squad at best buy are the best tech and delivery services available. They handled my new purchase and return with the upmost professional precision. I will highly recommend and will continue to use their geek squad services. Thanks Geek Squad!!

Smart purchase. Why not buy a warranty for a new tv

Always good to add a protective plan just in case accidents happen

Just over 4 years ago, when we purchased a 70” tv and sound bar, we purchased the Geek Squad delivery & installation as well as the 5 year protection plan. In all honesty, expected the 5 year warranty to just go unused, as most warranties do. Just over 4 years later, when the television began showing signs of a bad LED panel, we placed the call to Geek squad. The hardest part was just getting connected, waiting 32 minutes on hold. But, once on with the agent, everything went smoothly and efficiently. The tv was deemed unrepairable, so a credit was issued towards a replacement. Because Geek Squad was originally purchased, it was included with the replacement - ALL of it - delivery, install, hook-ups, haul away. This policy became money well spent! And needless to say, we purchased the policy on the new, replacement television.

Stunning visuals, deep blacks, and vibrant colors make this TV a must-have. Thin design, smart features, and excellent picture quality elevate any viewing experience. Highly recommended!

Very helpful. They make it effortless when there is something wrong

I called the Geek Squad about a 5yr warrenty I purched when buying a new TV. Although I got transfered to several different people everyone was helpful and curtious leading to me getting the issue resolved. I recieved approvial for a new TV no cost to me. The BB team really went the EXTRA mile.

One of the best AMC provided by BestBuy. It is always recommented to get this protection for the peace of mind for costly devices. Pros: 1) Excellent service. The excecutives how handle our calls will make sure we are comfertable and serviced well. 2) Ease of contact - 24X7 some one is available to help us. 3) Knowledgable service persons - The person who comes home for the service / at the station are well knowledgable about the object they are working on. 4) Excellent exchnage policy. If the object is non repairable, the company will refund the fill amount (including the tax) for an excange (if the same item is not available any more). The cons i felt on this program 1) Little more expensive than the other company AMCs. 2) Some time in-home appointments takes some time (but sure it will happen with in a weeks time )

I luckily have not had to use this but I always purchase it for peace of mind and it works. Often they forget to ask me if I want to add the protection when that happens I ask them for it.
