    never had to use it. get it is you are scared you might need it. so it could be money well spent or wasted. Insurance basically.

    When replacement parts are needed that are included in the protection plan. You must order yourself and send them all necessary information to receive a reimbursement. Very convoluted process for a simple fix. Needs optimizing.
