Love this tv exelent picture and sound I wish it had better remote

Love this tv. It was bought to replace an older model. Apps work great. Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi. The tv picture from Sony always looks great. Didn’t adjust anything out of the box. Very satisfied

I usually never buy a service plan but I did with the purchase of my new television. It's for "just in case". Hopefully I will never need to use it and if I do it was worth the price!

The extended warranty is always a good idea especially when you are dealing with expensive electronics which is all of them, I always get the extended warranty and it has saved me several times, I've had many items that have stood the test of time but with any mass produced products there are always a few issues, most of them are fine but if I end up with a flawed iten the extended warranty means I don't need to worry.

Definitely recommend the protection plan. You never know what can happen in 5 years and to know that you are covered is a great piece of mind. I got a full refund for a television that I purchased after just 3 years of using it. Worth the investment.

Great guys on geek squad much prefer over contractors

We had a 5-yr plan w/ our previous TV and it really paid off when it went out and was unrepairable. Thank goodness we purchased the plan. Customer Service staff was so helpful, the GQ was awesome and BB has earned a customer for life.
