We had a 5-yr plan w/ our previous TV and it really paid off when it went out and was unrepairable. Thank goodness we purchased the plan. Customer Service staff was so helpful, the GQ was awesome and BB has earned a customer for life.

The 5 year geek squad warranty is excellent. If they can’t fix the TV they will replace it. The geek squad comes to your residence they are very polite, professional and prompt with time.

I am computer illiterate, When I bought my first laptop, an assistant went above and beyond to see that I got the best laptop at the best price for my needs. A few weeks later he was promoted to Geek Squad. Now I call I ask for him, he takes the time to explain whatever it is i need to know. His name is Teo, hes at the Selingsgrove Pa. Store.
