A warranty that you want to have, security if you have a problem they will address quickly if there's a problem but I never had any problems with Samsung TVs.

Bought this for my second TV I bought from Best Buy just for a peace of mind at a great cost. I believe in Best Buy and I know they'll honor my warranty when I need it the most!

The prices could be a little more reasonable in today’s economic hardships that everyone is dealing with worldwide, but overall best spots does a great job of servicing your products when you need them I wish it was a lot more easier to get somebody in a timely man and when you need service other than that, go forward

It was very easy to replace the TV when it broke. I recommend buying the warranties because they are really worth it.

I had to use Gerk squads protection. They made it very easy to replace the AC.

These warranties are excellent as they are serviced by geek squad which is part of best buy, not a third party which might not respond

Worth every penny for peace of mind at a good price

Agents had to come several times to fix a Samsung tv after factory warranty had expired. Samsung kept sending defective parts so my agent was able to expedite an exchange for me. Leonard was an absolute riot that is nonstop comedy. Very Robin Williams-like, but also very professional when he needed to be. Leonard is awesome and a great asset to Best Buy!

Geek squad protection is absolutely worth the price.

the process was straight forward, my only complaint was that it was required by bestbuy to have ppl come out to my house to retrieve my broken tv and deliver the new one. I was more than happy to take it back to the store myself and swap it same day, but bc of bestbuy policy, I had to go 2 days without a tv.

Hope I never have to use it, but this is a great and affordable option for accident protection.
