I've used geek squad warrenty in the past and they do honor there warranty and this plan is price great for product i purchase.

best in store warranty! if you have an issue during its time, you get store credit

1st TV was faulty. Got new one shipped out and no problems with 2nd unit

Nice picture and sound for the price can't be beat. Navigation can be a bit of a pain. Overall good buy!!!

Unfortunately, I am unable to attest to the current contractual services re: 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection. I have not used it yet. However, in the past I have never had a problem repairing or replacing products using the Geek Squad protection plans.

I feel the folks at Geek Squad are patient, kind, and professional whether I contact them day or night. Most of the time we get the issue resolved online. There has been only 2 times where they said I needed to bring it in to the store. I believe it has been worth the fee because I live in a rural area and it is a 30 mile drive from my town to my Best Buy store.

Really amazed about how the service was handled, just call and they gave me the appointment date for the technician and once he knows my tv problem I receive and email in my case to exchange my tv, thank

Happy that I purchased he Geek Squad, now a days you can never tell when your appliances will go hey wire and it's always a good to have peace of mind knowing that paying for the extended service will help you if you ever need it. I make it a habit to get the Geek Protection for all my purchases at Best Buy, so far it has been one of the best decisions I have made along with the great purchases I have also made. There is no where else to go for service like Best Buy or selection for what you are looking for.

I purchased the monitor and it was broken as to wear you couldn’t see it until the monitor was turned on. I didn’t really need my warranty because it was a new purchase however I did my return and replacement through Geek squad and they were polite and helpful

I’m always add Geek Squad Service as you will always be taken care of by friendly agents. You get what you pay for.

This is an amazing TV. The included Alexa feature makes the entertainment experience even better. I can just tell Alexa to turn on the TV without having to go get the remote. The quality of the image is amazing and the sound too.

For electronics and appliances, I always get as much protection as is offered. It pays off!

Great service, protection is always a good idea. And most TV’s and appliances should work for minimum five years and this helps ensure it does so.

I have not used the Geek Squad yet, however, it gives me a peace of mind to know I have hands on assistance troubleshooting and/or options for repair if needed. My sister has had a good experience with the Geek Squad which helped me make the decision to purchase the protection plan.

I haven't needed to use Geek squad yet for this TV. Great picture for the price. I was really surprised at the minimal operations manual, you have to download it for details- the docs they provide should highlight or give a link for it. Overall very happy with the TV

I bought this service plan to protect my new OLED TV. I don't expect to use it but if the TV shoulde break withhin 5 years Best buy will repair or replace it. It is my understanding that because the TV was mounted by Geek Squad, that service under this plan will include mounting.

Excellent service, the TV had a problem and they come to your house for any TV over a certain size. The person was clean, polite and neat. They took the back off and could see there was no funny business, don't try and fool these people they know what they are doing. The code came up that the TV was NOT ECONOMICALLY VIABLE TO REPAIR so i was given credit for the amount i paid towards any new TV at Best Buy. Ever since then i get a warranty with everything i purchase at Best Buy.

Look no further, for the price you won't get a better picture than this. Almost OLED quaility, but way brighter, so perfect for a Living room with lot of natural light. Save $1000 and get this unit a try.
