I came in price checking a tv and after Dean helped me, i left with a 85” Sony! Good tv so far! Dean has excellent customer service & is very polite & professional!! I will look for Dean to help me if needed when i go back!

Electronics tend to fail at times. That's why the Geek Squad Protection is necessary when buying a new device. Great service at a great price.

Did not use geek squad for my tv install but have used them before for computer problems. Great service with very knowledgeable agents.

While I technically hope I never have to use it, peace of mind is better than none at all! Made sure to get GSP on my Sony X90J in case anything happens after Manufacturer Warranty expires & I'm glad I did. Sometimes it may seem cost prohibitive, but better to be safe than sorry!

The protection for any product should be mandatory. Any issues later Best Buy will replace it no questions Ask. At least to me. I always purchase the extra warranty on any high end appliances, computers and tvs. Highly recommend this.

Great warranty service. Part to repair the TV was not available, so a store credit was provided for a TV of similar specs. Bought the warranty service again for the new TV.

Geek squad protection is a must. So worth the money. I get it on almost everything I buy from bestbuy. Expensive tv and xbox remote broke.80 bucks was alot cheaper than having to buy new one.

2 years coverage for ~$100 seems like a great offer for product support from Bestbuy

I've already taken advantage of it a few times - twice with the tech using an app to remotely take control of my laptop and troubleshoot and improve my computer speed and ensure that I had no viruses or malware. It's good for 24 months for the price of 1 year and they will come to your house if necessary.

I purchased the protection plan because I have used them in the past. My past tv motherboard went out and I was able to get paid for my last tv because the cost to fix the tv was more than the tv was worth. I love their protection plans.

It’s good to have protection on your items that you purchase, because accident do happen.
