I came in price checking a tv and after Dean helped me, i left with a 85” Sony! Good tv so far! Dean has excellent customer service & is very polite & professional!! I will look for Dean to help me if needed when i go back!

I had a problem with my tv. A part was ordered by symptom over the phone. When I received the part a technician came out and installed the part. It did not repair the problem. The tv was actually replaced with a tv with a larger screen and better features than my set. I am completely satisfied.

Have not used as of yet for the TV product. Nor have I used for any purchases. However if something were defective or to go bad, this is a must have for repair or replacement.

Geek Squad warranty is great and come in handy just in case one of your items break down….

I always purchase one of Best Buys extended warranties. They are always helpful on the phone when I need them. They are responsive and fast with service. My worry is always that a company is going to find some loophole to not honor an extended warrantly, but Best Buy always comes through.

Geek squad serviced my tv. Weren’t able to fix so they gave me store credit for old tv and I was able to purchase a new tv for no cost. Awesome!

Haven't taken a warranty out in several years. Awesome to have just in case something goes wrong with new items.

Wish I had know Best Buy will come To You on TV’s over 40”. Still great service and replacements !

I’m having trouble with the picture freezing when the tv is on for Long periods of time but it’s a nice tv when it don’t freeze it don’t freeze all the time it may have been the settings I had it on. . Samsung works with spectrum for streaming your TV without having to buy additional equipment. Nice TV this is the 24” bought it to fit in my armor you may think this is small but once you start watching tv you don’t notice the size. I also have the 50” in my living room that one is fantastic

Oled is amazing! Owned for months and I don’t think I could go back to any other panel type. Great for all content, especially gaming!

Best Buy reimbursed me the full price, plus sales tax cost of my recently deceased 3 year old UN50JS7000. Without this coverage, replacement would be entirely out of pocket. Just purchased replacement HDTV with 5 year Geek Squad protection as well. Assurance well worth the cost.

I’ve never had to use this thankfully but I purchase it and out it on anything I get. Id rather be safe than sorry bc I’ve been very sorry before when something has broke and there was not a single thing I could do.

The agents were very professional , they were also very informative with any questions I had for them throughout the set up . The agents were also fast paced with the set up so that’s always a ten . Last but not least the insurance policy coverage is outstanding for a reasonable price
