This service is amazing they can either fix it in store or come to my house and fix the problem, it was really worth the money.

The plan is good they're willing to fix what you have before shipping it off first without even trying to fix it which most companies do not give any effort in doing so.

Purchased with my new tv and I'm glad I have the extra assurance of having any issues resolved or taken care of.

Cannot beat the Geek Squad extended warranties. They come out to your residence to repair or replace the defective product. I've used it before and they do what they say

How long does it take to ship an item for repair in the same state?? I dropped off a tv on a Sat. and saw on Wed. that its still at the same location..the service center is approx. 60 miles from the store. I will updste this if i ever get it back...fixed that is. But 4 know the 5yr warranty is not worth it.

Truly happy and content knowing my warranty coverage wii resolve any future problems on unit. Always buy to cover unit functioning for time factor.

What I love about Best Buy if you don't have the money to pay for Geek Squad at the time of purchase you can always come back within 14 days and purchase it

Usually do not buy these extended plans, but in an area with power fluctuations best to protect for next 5 years. Not too much $ for peace of mind.

I hope I don't have to use them this time but I know from previous experience GEEK SQUAD is the best!!
