Havent used it yet but im sure its great by the sounds of it

I was happy to purchase it because it came in handy when my TV started turning off by itself it was replaced seamlessly and the person at The geek squad was the next exceptional at his customer serviceability even though the manager of the store was rude to me

I keep my Geek Squad Protection plan as an on going safety net for all of my electronic gear. At age 80, I have no interest in doing this kind of stuff on my own. It is really great to know that these guys are on the ball and know what they are doing, I have had to use the "plan" at least four times a year, and have been consistently by the thoughtful staff who have either over the phone, on line, or in the store have walked me through some technical problem AND solved the problem and gotten me back to work. As a "senior", I really appreciate the skill and courtesy of their staff.

I had an issue with Tv called spoke with a service tech he verifed glitch and replaced it without any hassle the warranty is well worth the money

Geek Squad is also there to help and assist you with anything you need for any device

They treat me very well and has the patience to do it, excellent service..

Well, as of this time we have not needed support by Gee Squad but expect they will provide support if we need it. TV was straight forward to set up

Amazing tv and picture!!! Bright for a oled. I’ve had a mini led from Samsung and this is still superior to even mini led. My ps5 games look amazing. Even regular cable tv the details are just amazing. I have a bright living room and this still works great. Love it!!!

Great protection plan specially for TVs as it covers everything

The mounting of the TV went smooth. Technicians were on time and cleaned up their area after mounting the TV

Haven't had to use the Geek Squad Service on an item in a while but when I have I've been pleased with the customer service.

I purchased the 5 year Geek Squad Protection but cancelled the service because I returned the television that I bought it for.

I always splurge for the 5 year Best Buy Extended Warranty because I sleep better at night knowing that if I have any issue with any of my TV's that are 43 inches and up, which are all of them, that Geek Squad will come out to look at them and take care of any issue other that physical damage caused by neglect etc. Most people are unaware that a one year manufacture warranty means that after the 15,30 or 45th day that one is allowed to return an item for a refund or exchange means that you will be left to deal only with the TV manufacture. I equate that to being on a raft in the middle of the ocean.

The TV was good until it wasn’t. Everything was great and the clarity was amazing until right around the time the geek squad protection plan expired. A little over two years the clarity is horrible and liked shows here and there thought out the sceeen. What looks like white lines are not apart of the show as this is how is shows up

The Geek squad service is great. Definitely a must have when purchasing electronics.

I have it use them but I hope they have a great customer service.
