Protection is a must for me for all my TV's and electronics, I've been satisfied in the past anytime I've ever had troubles or needed to use the plan for coverage. Always read your protection plans thoroughly Geek Squad tends to update them year to year.

Definitely protect your stuff people. With all the tech we have you should know by now that things break and or stop working for no reason sometimes.

I purchase warranty for almost everything I buy I think I only used it a few times before. During this pandemic it seems like everything started breaking down. A set of gaming headphones, sound bar and a tv luckily everything was under Geek Squad. When I took these items to them I had no problem getting replacements all the products. That means for me I still will be purchasing from Geek Squad 5 stars.

Thomas and Arthur were the Best Buy representatives that we have dealt with since February 4 other than our sales person, Kiera. They were efficient, professional, and shared their knowledge of all the products. They were patient with us explaining different phases of the TV and the remote. Thomas was Especially very helpful. Kudos to Best Buy for having both men on your team.

Worth every penny to protect your purchase when getting a new OLED TV.

The protection plans are great and the geeks are the best. The other Best Buy customer service personnel (telephone) are horrible, it is bad enough that if Best Buy does not fix that aspect of their customer service it will start to (if it already hasn't) turn customers away. I have already sold all my BB stock due to I am not sure that they care enough to fix what is broken.

Everyone should get the 2 year geek squad protection for any television that they purchase from Best Buy, because you got that extra protection if something goes terrible wrong like the television screen goes totally blurry or if the television screen stops working all together! Just having that extra protection is definetly worth the extra money, so that you are protected, and don't have to throw away your television into the trash can! Everyone should be protected! Good option if you need to use the service to service electronics

Did not order this set up service. Was informed that this is a much better warranty and that you stick by it as Amazon does not stick by their warranties.

I recommend anyone to purchase an extended warranty on a major purchase because you never know when it will be needed I had purchased many warranties in the past and yes they do work and less worries not to affect your pocket book because you already took care of it earlier
