You can't go wrong with extra security on your purchase. The life expectancy of my Hisense is low to nothing due to almost daily outages in my area. So a little extra protection plan is a must.

I like having the peace of mind knowing my problems with my electronics were covered. Geek squad was professional, not like a little overnight shop set up.

Consider the cost of the tv i bought and they guarantee it for 5 years. I see tvs all over on cl selling w bad pixels or a line. If this hapoens in 4 years from nowwell i call best buy and tgey bring me a samsung series 9 tv that has 3d to my house and haul off the bad one who wouldnt want their tech replaced with the new updated version?

Coverage for your TV is worth it. TVs don't last as long as they used to. Had a few TVs that quit working after a year. One year goes by fast and Geek Squad Protection replaced the TVs every time instead of having to spend hundreds on a new TV. Had some issues collecting on one TV but they eventually honored it.

The Geek Squad is the best! They are always helpful when I have a problem. I wouldn’t buy a product without getting their protection plan.

I purchased this for my new Hisense TV. The TV died in 6 weeks and when I called the Geek Squad I was told I had to deal with the manufacturer for the first year of the warrenty. This is understandable. The Geek Squard member was very nice. My issue was when I tried to cancel it my refund was prorated.

I am usually a skeptic when it comes to the actual coverage on these warranties but I can say that geek squad definitely helped my with out a hassle. Tech came out assessed the issue and with in minute I had my replacement options . In store easy process for the new replacement. Get the warranty it works if needed

The Geek Squad did a thorough job of analyzing my TV’s odd behavior and recommended a replacement TV. I called the next day and they set up an appointment for a home visit. They were on time and very knowledgeable.

Purchasing a new Smart TV introduced me to the world of the Geek Squad! My first Geek rep set up my TV and explained all the info. It was as if the TV manual came to life. He was a professional and made sure we understood all of the details of the TV. He was a credit to Best Buy's reputation!

I bought a new 65" 4K UHD tv and added the 5-year geek squad protection. You never know when your cat might decide to jump behind the tv, get tangled in your premium HDMI cables, and decide to just dash out and knock it all down, ruining your evening television watching. Best to be safe, get the protection! Also, get rewards points for writing this review. I hope you enjoyed.
