When I purchased an expensive TV I ended up purchasing this as well I’m so happy I did not have any problems with the TV and when I ended up going to sell it I almost got all my money back this is one of the things that she definitely need to have just in case

Protection plan looks good compare to their competitors

When I purchased a TV through Best buy I was given a geek squad protection discount of $100 so I took advantage of it and have been using it the whole time. I've had surveillance cameras put up, home speakers installed and ethernet cable ran with this service this is an awesome deal.

Lydia installed the mount and my tv with ease. She also hooked up my devices and answered all my questions. Thank you Geek Squad.

We hope to not have to use this service but is nice to have it available. We feel like it will be good protection on the procduct and good comfort to know we have it.

Worth the investment and easy to use. I have had it in the past and gives a good feeling of being protected

Paid for a 5 yr coverage agreement. Was told it would start at the end of the manufacturers warranty effectively providing six years of coverage. Not so. It starts from day one so it really is just a four year warranty. Come on Best Buy, you can do better.

Great quality on this tv for a good price. Good size if going with 55”.

A very good service they work fast and fix my problem

I have purchased this for four 55" TV's in the last eight years. And have used it twice. If they can't fix it. They will let you pick a replacement of equal or greater value on any brand. Of course, you pay the difference on any upgrade.

Got this for my tv. I had in burn in last time and wanted a peace of mind.

After buying ii my products, i dont use my plan for now because my products are really good.

I recently was able to get a brand new replacement Smart TV from Best Buy because I had this plan! I usually do buy extended protection plans and have never regretted doing so--especially when I hear friends and family say they have expensive repairs on electronics that are out of warranty.

The agent was knowledgeable and very polite. Wasted no time figuring out my issues. I suggest purchasing the 5 year warranty on all larger TVs. It worked well for me.

I was very excited when the agent told me that am qualified for new TV and I will also get a refund for the difference in price.

Honestly a great looking tv had it for over a year I love lg oled’s they really are the number 1 Tv’s for movies, shows, and gaming.

I have always had great service from the Geek Squad, no matter which Best Buy Store I go into. The personnel working the Geek squad have consistently proved to me that they are experts on correcting problems with my computer. I have appreciated the low cost of my annual agreement which allows me unlimited visits to the Geek Squad to ask questions or to obtain service for my products.

2 year plan for sound bar is good to have in case speakers have issues within those years of break in use

Very professional, newer TV (1 year old) pixels started showing lines vertically on TV screen. Squad determined that it was a manufacturer issue and gave me a credit for the valuation of TV..No hassle, highly recommend.
