Thankfully I haven't had to use this service as of yet, but there's nothing like that piece of mind should anything malfunction. I purchased this protection plan for a Smart TV purchase, and would recommend anyone making a high end purchase to get this protection plan. It only cost a few bucks extra and could really help should anything happen to your tech equipment.

I purchased this protection plan to cover issues that may arise on my Samsung 4K Ultra Smart TV. It is expensive, but I believe it's worth it; this plan gives me 5 years of protection for my tv, which is necessary because the tv is also expensive. If my tv malfunctions, they have to fix it for free or replace the tv. This protection is a must-have!

Have purchased peak squad warranties in the past, and I’ve always been satisfied.

This warranty covers my new TV for 5 years! While many see these warranties as a waste of money, I would rather not take the chance on having to buy a new replacement, as my last TV stopped working after 3 years. Good investment!

The agents mounted new set to existing mount, set up and walked thru basic operations and functions. Saved a bunch of frustration using Geek Squad

I really appreciate Geek Squad, their culture, and commitment to the customer. I rarely need them but when I do, they make it easy.

So we decided to get the 5yr warranty instead of 2yrs because there is only $20 difference. Salesperson was very helpful. Basically, best buy will cover for any repairs except if it is a physical problem. Just incase your television will not totally work.. You can get another tv same or close to what you bought or they will give you the money back (perhaps a store credit). I think it is a good idea.

I just love the idea of a 5 year Geek Squad Protection plan. It covers everything including lightening. We live in Florida so that could be important. I do hope I never need to use this reasonably priced product!

Do not Live without it. Do not Live without it. Do not Live without it. It is wonderful when you need it. Never get the Geek Squad warranty on a cell phone if you have trouble they only do factory reset. Unless you break it. Everything else Geek Squad is the only way to go.

peace of mind on the things you spend a ton of money on, never be sorry you got it if it is a bigger ticket item, the support and expertise of the Geek Squad is fantastic, always helpful, even if I ask dumb questions, lol, they treat you with respect.

They came in and mounted my TV and did a real professionally asked me where I wanted it made sure the size and indications was all correct

awesome tv , a huge upgrade of the one have years ago, no we can enjoy watching series and movies, so easy to setup

Very good deal on Best Buy. Wanted to get the 65 inch but we’re sold out . Very good TV with vivid color and budget friendly. Installed this for my kids bedroom. It has multiple gaming consoles hooked up to it. It’s a pleasure watching on this television so far. Wanted to get a Vizio but heard Vizio TVs we’re having problems and issues so instead decided to go with this.
