    Warranty for TV

    hopefully i never have to use the warranty. Bought it for LG OLED CX 55" TV. My first OLED, B6P 55" had burn in right before 3 years. Amazon's crappy warranty would not do anything about it. LG ended up replacing the panel for free under the 3 year manufacture warranty. the CX model is 4 years newer and has better burn in retention prevention. If it burns in before 5 years, the warranty should cover fixing or replacement of the tv.

    Have gotten geek squad protection in the past for a tv and just before it ran out, my tv started having issues. Best Buy could no longerfix the tv, but they made it right. Absolutely paid dividends

    I always worry about my products going bad, thanks to Geek Squad protection plan I don't have to worry about a thing. I can enjoy my television knowing that if anything goes wrong Geek Squad will have my back.

    The pixels in my tv started going out. I called geek squad because I had bought a protection plan on the tv. They set me up a quick appointment to have a technician come out and diagnose the problem. The technician was very friendly and early which was great. All and all I was able to get a replacement on the tv. Smooth easy service!

    Extended warranty

    I mounted my TV to a TV stand mount. I purchased the 2 year extended warranty with it. The one thing I didn't know is when you do purchase the extended warranty it runs side by side with the manufacturer warranty which I didn't know it did it that way. I thought it started after the manufacturer warranty ended but it doesn't. So he sure to ask questions about that.

    In the past when I purchased my Samsung tv, my old one I just replaced, I purchased the extended warranty for that one. When it developed lines on the picture, within a day someone came out. checked the tv and was not fixable, I was given a number to call and a replacement arrived a few days later. Given the price for the extended warranty and the final outcome, it was well worth it. I purchased the extended warranty again for this tv, for "just in case". It is a decision I feel that is best for me.

    the security i need at the price i want. i made a good investment purchasing my hisense 75 inch 4k tv / hisense dolby atmos sound combo and this protection plan gives me a solid peace of mind. satisfied customer

    My LG C1 died on me, it was just 3 years old. For that purchase I thought I didn't need a protection plan. Never again for expensive TVs. I got the plan for my new TV. Better safe than having to buy new TV.

    Sound Blew on 55" Vizio

    I called about the warranty for the sound on my Vizio 55" tv. After awhile I was finally able to get through to a non-automated server, Erich. He was cordial and helped me find the serial number. I had a little difficulty understanding the numbers sometimes, but hopefully they are ok.

    The agent explained the extended warranty to us in a very easy to understand way, and we bought it because of that. Often this information is confusing. His presentation was not. Good job overall!

    I'm so glad best buy offers warranty on their items. I always purchase the extra warranty and dont have any complaints. On my last tv purchase, i had to use the warranty because the tv started to have issues. Long story short the part did not fix the issue and the tv was no longer being sold so i got a partial credit for the tv. Something is better than nothing and this was after the 12 months but still within the 2 year warranty.

    I had geek squad protection on my previous two televisions. Both TVs went out at about four years old. They could not find parts to repair either television so they simply reimburse me the full price I paid for the TV. What more could you ask for.

    I love the purchase! The audio is the most impressive to me even more so than the 4k visuals. I can feel the floor shake in my apartment when explosions or any big boom sound is made in a movie or playing my PS5 games. Having a 65" TV of this quality in my living room feels so good. I made a great purchase. If you love playing video games this TV is definitely worth purchasing. I also love listening to music on it. The sound quality like I mentioned is amazing.

    Im an insignia fan. I actually purchased a used 65" right before I got married. Uhm 09 i figure. I bought this tv on sale last summer because the sound was going in and out on the old one. I was more than happy when I found this on massive sale!
