I bought an open box Samsung Q90 tv that was only missing the standard tabletop mount. When it was received at my home I found a decent scratch where the tv was bubble wrapped and undoubtedly was rubbed by a pallet jack during transportation and the delivery team didn’t bring the correct One Connect box with it. After a quick trip to the store to determine that the Correct One Connect box wasn’t there and a quick 15 minute phone call later to the Geek Squad, I had a brand new TV scheduled for delivery to my home, no questions asked. It was well worth the extra money to protect the investment.

Always get the Geek Squad to back any purchase! I’m a firm believer of extending the warranties from any and all purchases! A small cost to add it now could save you a lot of money down the road!!

This insurance is extremely important. After replacing another TV brand twice, I was able to replace my TV at no cost with a more reliable brand and of course, purchased insurance again as a precaution.

Agent handled an exchange with great expertise. Agent Smith was very patient with me and provided options with detailed explanations for my exchange TV.

Geek Squad provided great service with my replacement tv but it would not accept my 55" tv at the store. We went through the whole process of replacing my tv when someone from Geek Squad said I would have to take my tv home and have a Geek Squad member evaluate the tv at my house. I actually completed the tv replacement over the phone with no visit needed and received my replacement tv within days.

Had to use my warrant within 1 days on my tv... Nothing dude to the TV itself. I bought an open box 75 and it had hot spots. The TV was swapped out with a brand new 1 although I bought open box for hundreds left.

How do use it once for a completely different product and they took care of everything without hassle!

Ive always bought protection from Best Buy Geek squad. The swrvice was affordable and prompt when something is needed.

This is the first of the Qled tv's that i purchased, i love it! What a picture! i would take a picture for the review. but you can't see this quality with just a picture. Buy one you will love it too! I am getting ready to but a 85" Neo Qled. Guessing i won't be disappointed

I would always recommend this, especially on small appliances and television as if you need it they are courteous and prompting getting you satisfaction and it always helps to be able to get things taken care of right away

Floor staff uplsold me to the 5 year protection plan. Hopefully i dont regret it

The agents are always available they are always very knowledgeable and helpful and if they can't help over the phone they get you in immediately to solve your problems if I could give them a higher rating I would definitely worth the extra money
