We purchased this 5 year plan to accompany an Insignia 24 inch TV purchase. This TV was replacing 2 LG TVs that were in the same place that lasted a little over a year. So TV number 3 in about a 3-4 year period. The price was reasonable though and whether the old TVs were subject to a power surge or not, we felt the price of the protection plan was worth it this time even though we were purchasing $100 TVs.

Not one for much with warranties because they always seem to have so many terms. This warranty provided by the Geek Squad seems like the real deal a no worry warranty backed by Best Buy. I used this warranty in the past and was happy with the service

we have not had to call them yet. We did on a previous device and they fixed it promptly at no cost

I'm so glad I purchased the extended warranty when I bought my 55" insignia Fire TV. I had to exchange for another one after a month and then exchange again for an upgraded brand.

These plans are a great value for protection against burn-in on OLED TVs. Only $160 for 5 year protection on LG C2 42. Highly recommend. I owned a CX for 3 years and had no burn in (gave that one to my sibling now), but always great to have the peace of mind. Better safe than sorry!

I like to protect my larger purchase so this item was a good cost and length of time to cover the new TV

Great warranty for all my BestBuy tvs I always get geek squad

Got a 50 inch TV a few years ago back in 2018 the screen was recently damaged on the TV thanks to geek squad 5 yr protection plan I was able to have my older TV replaced with a Newer model for only 20 diollar I highly recommend everyone purchase geek squad protection plan you new know when you may need it.

They did a great job mounting our tv , straight and level

Within three months of my tv purchase, I had to use the Geek Squad service when I dropped the remote control in my coffee. Their help was immediate and I was able to get a replacement within a week. I always get this coverage whenever I make a purchase.

Moved a couple times over the last two years. TV stopped working and BB replaced it fast.
