Wouldn't buy a product without protection and I know it will be worth it if something goes wrong

Excellent service & very happy with the outcome of my questions.

I felt comfortable purchasing the protection with my TV even though I haven't had to use it yet. I have used the Geek Squad for my computer in the past and they were very responsive.

Greek squad always available and helpful for all my items and they are very knowledgeable

Having used on my newest purchase but hey I got 5 years, I used the geek service before never had an issue.

It's piece of mind to purchase this protection plan. TVs are much more complicated these days and require a skilled technician to remedy a problem. I've got this backing with this plan.

Always good to get 5 year warranty. I had a Plasma TV 15 years ago that went up on me with 2 weeks remaining on a five year warranty and Best Buy offered me a comparable replacement TV or value applied to an upgrade. I upgraded and enjoyed the hugely applied discount and TV.

I always purchased Best Buy's GSP when I purchase large ticket items (e.g. TV, Computer, etc.) and they usually don't disappoint. Just make sure when you're purchasing a GSP that it doesn't run the same length of time as the manufacturer's warranty because it's pointless at that point. Other than that, replacing a defective unit is fairly easy.

I love the Best Buy protection plan, which I've used for lower-cost items like hearing aids and smart watches. I hope it works and is just as excellent.

5 year Geek Squad protection for my Sony Bravia 8 TV is a must.

I received excellent service from the Geek Squad as they brought the new TV that I had purchased and installed it for me. They also asked me if I had an questions about the operation of it so that they could explain. Everything I wondered about they did explain. And if any other questions arise I know I can call them up to get the answer. They are always courteous and helpful.

It works great and the picture quality is great. It was easy to setup in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this television.

Bought this because my 18 month old Bravia x85k stopped working. Have not had to use it yet. $300 for 5 years on a $1500 tv

Have no reason to use them yet. But I’m sure if and when I need their service they will be well knowledgeable

With the age of the net, these type of services are sort of outdated.

Geek squad is always excellent. I love shopping at Best Buy for their customer service.

There is a large central white halo in the middle of the TV screen. I only found out about this AFTER mounting it unfortunately (having adhered to all instructions and precautions very carefully). I am a healthcare worker and have to travel for work a lot so by the time I got back home, unpackaged it and set up the wall mount, it was on day 16th from delivery date (past the 15 day return policy. Very unfair). Extremely disappointed at Sony products. Do NOT buy.

You cant beat the picture quality and the user friendliness for the price

I have had Geek Squad protection since I bought my computer and laptop. I have put it to great use. All I have to do is call the number and someone is there to help me. When I had a hardware problem I was told to take the computer to the store. The Geek Squad fixed that problem also and because I had the contract there was no charge. Since I am an older senior citizen I do not have the know how to fix the more complicated problems. Just call the Geek Squad is my motto. They are always there and will help you out, and with a smile.
