I have not had to use it yet. And I pray I will not have to. But I am glad I brought it. This is my second TV from Best Buy. I never had a problem with the first TV.

I purchased this extended warranty because it covers parts and labor as well as in home repair. Even covers damage from lightning! One repair in the five year coverage and it will pay for itself.

Have had the service before on an older TV. When that TV had a dead pixel they worked with me and allowed me to just replace it instead of having to wait for the TV to be sent off and wait for the factory to say it was unrepairable. Hoping if anything goes wrong this time I am treated the same.

I do not buy extended warrantees as a rule, but for the great price of the 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection you cannot go wrong.

Great to have even if I never use it. Just knowing my Tv is covered makes owning the 5 year coverage is worth it.

They are great. Very Helpful. I love the 24/7 support they have. My son threw somthing at my tv but because I have the protection I can get the TV fixed.

Very reassuring to have the extended 5 year home protection plan for my 65" LG OLED TV. Anything goes wrong and Geek Squad will come to my home to repair without me having to take such a large item back in to the store. Definitely worth the additional cost for this coverage.

[Employee of bestbuy] Geek squad serviced my tv. Weren’t able to fix so they gave me store credit for old tv and I was able to purchase a new tv for no cost. Awesome!

Just an excellent protection. Our expensive is protected for 4 more years for peace of mind

I signed on because their terms were good and I will have piece of mind. Nothing is predictable witha new product. I haven't had any issue so far but they sent an email to check on the product.

Produce works just as it should. No issues and customer service was exceptional. I will continue to use Best But gor all of my electronic needs
