I do highly recommend to get this service for your product

never had any issues and they treat customers with the upmost reapect

this has saved me so many times from repair fees If they can't repair it, they will give u a new one comparable. The first geek squad agent, broke it even more lol. The second one was like..uh she messed it up we have to replace the entire tv...i was cool with that...so always get this protection plan!!

I can’t really review this because I just got it but it’s always good to know I at least have some type of protection for the tv.

The warranty is a great comfort regarding both of these issues: We live quite a ways away and our summers are hot.

I’m having trouble with the picture freezing when the tv is on for Long periods of time but it’s a nice tv when it don’t freeze it don’t freeze all the time it may have been the settings I had it on. . Samsung works with spectrum for streaming your TV without having to buy additional equipment. Nice TV this is the 24” bought it to fit in my armor you may think this is small but once you start watching tv you don’t notice the size. I also have the 50” in my living room that one is fantastic

Purchased the 2 year protection, but have not had to use it. Have had great response with this service in the past so felt it was a must.

I am the type of person that would rather play it safe and be covered than to take a chance and be surprised later. Since my knowledge is not very good on fixing things buying the protection plan gives me piece of mind that if ever I need help someone knowledgeable will be there for me.

First TV I purchased didn't work. Geek squad checked it real quick to verify the problem. Was quickly replaced by the technician.

I hope I never have to use it, but the coverage is good for a good price. Only negative is that I would have to bring it in because it is smaller than 42". I guess that is OK, but I am a small 65+ woman. Not easy for me.

5 years is unbelievable. That means I will still have a warranty when I get out of prison.
