Being that I have had on TV hit by lightning and a burnt ends on an old lady it I prefer to use Geek Squad affordable cars if they cannot fix it they will replace it or you will get your money back with no problems has been my experience using them

It’s always nice to have that extra peace of mind for any of life’s unecpected moments. 5 years is definitely worth the extra cost.

I always get the 5 year insurance on my large tv purchases. These newer TV's are like computers. Never had a problem with my Sony tv but if I'm dropping 3 grand, I need some assurance it won't just randomly die and then I need to get another one.

I bought this protection plan for my new 32" TCL Roku tv. It was quite affordable and gives me peace of mind. I have never had to use a bestbuy protection plan in the past, even though I have purchased them before. I'm just glad they offer them.

My original TV was purchased last year as an early birthday present wasnt even a full year old before it quit working so I turned to a store I trust qnd bought my vizio from best buy, I love the protection plan ot covers qlot of things like what happened to my old TV.

I bought this TV Warranty to go with my Insignia FireTV I bought during Black Friday. It was not expensive and will cover my TV for 5 years. I hope I do not need to use it, but if I do, it is good to know it is there. Thank you.

Haven't had to use Geek Squad Plan for this purchase(and hopefully won't have to!) but in years past, it has been a sense of relief when I damaged an essentially brand new phone. Geek squad protection is worth the peace of mind with some of these expensive tech purchases.

Will always protect my TVs. We bought a TV 4 years ago and put a 5 year protection plan on it. Of course something went wrong as 4 1/2 years. Geek squad took care of us and we are able to get a larger, higher quality TV because we had the protection plan on it! AWESOME SERVICE.

I got the 5 year standard greek squad protection plan for my 55 inc 4k smart tv for $120 which I feel was a good deal because I had another tv without the plan and the main frame on it went bad and I tried to put it in the shop and they wanted $300 to fix it. Where now paying $120 for the plan and they will fix anything so I think that's a no brainer.

Money well spent. Even the best equipment can break down. Enter the Geek Squad.

I appreciate the fact, geek squad will come out if necessary, opposed to me having to lug the merchandise back to the store!

Never remembered that I had this but didn’t need it

So far I have not needed their help but nice to have them as a backup plan. First TV we purchased had a problem and we thought we didnt know what we were doing but Best Buy was great to help us return it and get a replacement. Replacement TV is great and was easy to set up

my 14 month old Vizio tv was not working properly and the geek squat came and after a few test their recommendation was to replace the TV . i was giving a replacement # went to the store selected another tv and they deliver the new one and picked up the broken one at no charge ..GREAT PROTECTION PLAN

haven't used them yet. What more can I say. I will let you know when I have to use them. I hope I never need them

When offered, get the protection plan. You never know whether or not your purchased item is going to be the one that fails. Get the protection plan. It's worth it to relieve any product failure headaches you may encounter.

The service and follow up are very good. This is a much better alternative to square trade. The 2 year plan is essentially worth one extra year after the factory warranty expires. But no extensive calls with the manufacturer that will leave you exhausted and angry. The Geek Squad experience I had with my TV was a piece of cake.

I Love this service!! Helps with most products in a timely fashion. Tiffany is the best been calling and working with her for the last 3yrs for my home needs!
