I’ve never had to use this, but I know geek squad is great at what they do and I recommend getting this good warranty just in case something we’re to happen!

They been so helpful threw the time i had the membership you can always ask questions they walk you threw it or a quick chat if you on the run

I had an issue with my TV. Tje replacement parts were unavailable. My TV without was replaced without a deduction for depreciation and without hesitation.

First time I've purchased the extra protection plan. After speaking with the sales associate I agreed it was a good idea and had value.

Just bought a 58" Vizio 4K Smart TV, and added this 5 year extended IN-HOME service warranty, for $99.00. We have Geek Squad Protection on ALL our Best Buy products.... laptops, tv's, cameras, etc. Haven't used any of the warranties, yet, but they are in place, if necessary. For a $500.00 tv, that's only $20.00 per year..... pretty cheap "insurance", huh?!

They have never let me down! My TV that was less than a year old broke down and I sent it in to get repaired, when it couldn't be repaired they offered to replace it with a newer model or a gift card for the amount I paid for it. I opted for the gift card and was able to purchase a larger TV and only paid the difference! Always happy with them!

This is a must have if you use your TV daily! I replaced my TV with a small cost to upgrade and include the new protection. I will always purchase this with all the TV's I intend to use daily.

i recently had to replace a tv after 2 years of use. The geek squad looked at it and it was not repairable. They gave me the money I spent on the TV as a store credit and I purchased another TV.

I bought my Samsung TV in store. Customer sevice was very helpful with my purchase. I am very happy with my new TV.

I hope I never have to use it, but the coverage is good for a good price. Only negative is that I would have to bring it in because it is smaller than 42". I guess that is OK, but I am a small 65+ woman. Not easy for me.

I purchased the protection plan for a very expensive tv that I purchased. It suffered a power surge failure only a few weeks after I got it home, and I was so happy that I had protection! They came out and delivered a new tv with no hassle. Great service!

I really appreciate Geek Squad, their culture, and commitment to the customer. I rarely need them but when I do, they make it easy.

Grateful I had it because I had to use it to replace a tv. They were very helpful in doing so even though they didn’t have the same tv they let me upgrade to a better tv which cost a little more but gave it to me for the price I paid on the other one

Bought it opened box to save money as my old one went out works just like new I'm happy with it

I am not tech minded much at all, so when I encounter a issue or problem in the tech field, my go to people are the Geek Squad. They are fantastic and I'd be lost if I didn't have them to reach out too when I have difficulties or questions. Best investment I have every made.
