I hope I never have to use it, but the coverage is good for a good price. Only negative is that I would have to bring it in because it is smaller than 42". I guess that is OK, but I am a small 65+ woman. Not easy for me.

Yes a must have for any investment! Theres also a membership you can get for geek squad on all your items instead of buying them individually with each item.

Hopefully won't need the protection but its woth having

Previously I was against extended warranties however I had an issue with another TV I purchased several years ago and of course it happened 2 months after the manufacture warranty was not valid. It wont up costing me over $250 to repair and I had to wait a month. Geek Squad protection is worth it bc you never know when you might need it!!!!!

With today’s quality in electronics, you need an extended warranty plan. I’ve had to use it a while back on another product and the Geek Squad rep came to my house to address and repair the issue. It’s cheap insurance worth having.

$25 for a 5 year warranty on a tv on sale for $150. I hope I won't need them but couldn't pass it up.

Had a small problem, getting my TV to set up, they came out and helped with the final installation! Same day even!

Have used the Geek squad many, many time for different items we have purchased. They are polite and know what they are doing and make sure everyone is working before they leave and also encourage you to call if you have any problems or questions.

Can't go wrong at this price! Added mainly for the cost & protection ov the unit.

Purchased this Geek Squad protection plan to hedge my investment into our new Sony flat screen TV. Hopefully, I may never have to use it but if I do, I am confident that Best Buy will fix the problem quickly and without any hassles.
