Got the protection plan just Incase because of the tv that I bough that I was told was a hold I say tv edition made for Black Friday so for 2 years I’ll be protected if the tv happens to internally not work well so I can get a new one!

Well its geek squad. I don't buy anything with out it. Always been able to work any issues with the items i have protected by GeekSquad. Excellent service.

The tv has a great picture. It was easy to set up. It is still working very well. Sturdy construction.

i'm really glad my new 43" 4K TV came with it. it was a reasonable price too, i decided i didn't need the 5 year one because that was too long. the two year for an extra $20 was perfect! I am worried something might happen to the TV one day, so i decided to get it.

When I brought the tv back they gave me my money back for the warranty but wanted me to apply for a Best Buy card I said no that’s why u buy warranty for things I was not pleased everything I brought from them

The agent was very helpful in identifying that my old plan didn't give me the benefits that would help me save money on my current CPU issues. He refunded (pro-rated) the old plan, signed me up for the new plan and I saved $75.00 overall. Jay with Geek Squad is the bomb!

Geek Squad set up the TV & got it started. They were helpful & open to questions. We mounted it to the wall later.

This warranty saved me with my TV purchase. We bought the display model since it was the last one in stock but the pixels started going out. Thankfully it was still within our warranty period. Since there was no longer a TV with like technology Best Buy refunded the entire purchase with a gift card that we were able to put towards a new TV.

Truly a must have when you purchase a new TV! I have had to use it in the past and boy was I glad I had this. If your spending alot of money on something that can can get damaged by nature along (lightning) than you definitely should have this protection.

As long as your within your time given for your service the geek squad is very helpful and good to have but once it expires you're on your own.

With the age of the net, these type of services are sort of outdated.

The phone geek squad team was very helpful! Tried trouble shooting and determined that the t.v. was not repairable.

Don’t buy the product if you don’t buy the protection. They do a great job helping with anything you need

I rarely have something go wrong with electronics, but on a fairly big purchase, like a smart TV, it makes sense, since the standard warranty can leave you without use of the device for weeks if something goes wrong. With this, I can get a replacement or repair in no time.

Small tv already had a mount took about 15 minutes to replace old model with new. I highly recommend the geek squad protection its a no nonsense policy they will either repair or replace no ifs & buts.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Very responsive to questions and concerns.

We haven’t had to use the service yet and hope we won’t need to but I’m sure it will be well worth the little we had to pay for it.

I feel better having Geek Squad extended warranty protection than without it. Purchasing these warranties in the past has always paid off and worked out well. The Geek Squad techs know what they are doing.

Not needed 2 weeks waited for delivery And wasn't happy with the tv

I always buy this protection to be safe side if any of the electronics go bad within the limited time. I once had to use it and they replaced the product with no questions.
