I have renewed my Geek Squad coverage for the last 5 years. I’ve had wonderful service from them. Anytime I need assistance I can log in from home and most of the time they fix the problem in no time. When I have had to go to the store everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Joshua from the Geek Squad installed a Bestbuy swivel TV stand and our new LG TV to all our devices and gave us an excellent overview of the operation of our new TV. We highly recommend getting a Geek Squad service plan.

They def took great care of our items when delivering and mounting!

Absolutely worth it if you purchase an OLED TV. One of the few warranties that covers OLED burn in, which is still a thing and well worth protection on an LG CX OLED.

Have used the coverage in the past and it is very useful. Have had 0 problems.

Definitely worth the money to protect my sons new tv for 5 years. He uses this with his ps5 every single day of his existence. It feels good to sleep at night.

I have not actually had to use the geek squad, but they have answered many questions for me and were very knowledgeable when I am in the store trying to purchase what I need. I feel I will have reliable and knowledgeable service when I need them

Always add protection with quality thease days to prevent problems

Called them because of problems with the screen and the GEEK SQUAD diagnosed it and knew what was wrong with it immediately.

This Geek Squad service warranty is great. I do not regret it.

Even though stock is limited more than it used to be, I found a comparable replacement for my TV when it had isssues. Love that the cost of extended warranties have come down over the years.

I haven’t had to use it but I’m glad it’s there if I need it.

Have not had to use their service yet on new tv but have had great response when needed on computer

Easy to Use when you’re app isn’t working, my app wasn’t accepting my card and I bought it as an option
