For my first Oled tv I wanted to get the protection plan to cover myself. Just in case. I like having peace of mind. Best buy is the only place that covers burn in.

Haven't needed to use it yet thankfully, and I hope that continues, but it's nice to know it's there.

I love the fact I can just come in and get a replacement no deductible no monthly. Just get a new one no questions asked.

Bought a new tv, and decided to get the geek squad protection. I have not had to use it yet, but it gives you a piece of mind knowing you have extra warranty. Best Buy has excellent geek quad techs, so worth the money.

I expect the protection that I have on my TV will also be as excellent as the service I received on the installation.

A little expensive but my experience with their warranty policy has been pleasant. I haven’t had any issues with this TV but I feel confident any problems will be resolved satisfactorily! Installers were polite and efficient.

Better coverage than other place’s protection plan

The attention always it's great...they help me with a tv that didnt work any more and Made me My refund whitout a problem... Definily i recomend buy this proteccion for sure with no doubt.

Bought this along with our new Toshiba tv, can’t hurt to have extra protection on you electronics

Bestbuy had the only extended warranty that I saw specifically for OLED burn-in, which is always a possibility. This gives me peace of mind after buying a very expensive TV

Buying a warrantee is like car insurance when you need it you’re glad it’s there when your product doesn’t have an issue you’re glad it doesn’t but you kind of feel like you wasted your money.

I was glad I paid for the extra protection cause Geek Squad definitely had my back when my TV went out.

Been a customer of geek squad over 20 years, and they're quality has declined. Had a product go bad in 6 months and the price of the item doubled. They did not pro-rate my credit and gave me minimal options but to upgrade to a way more expensive item, even though i wanted a direct replacement or next comparable item for my warranty.

I've only used Best Buy warranty once in my life. It was with TIVO DVR OTA. It stopped working, took it to Best Buy, and they told me to get a new one. End of the story. K9

Only purchase just in case something happens but never have needed it luckily

Staff is mix of good and best. Overall experience was nice whenever I visited the Best Buy store.
