Since I haven't had the need to use this protection yet, I can't rate actual experience. But it does gives me peace of mind to know I have coverage.

Worth having when buying any electronic merchandise from Best Buy, just to cover yourself. We had a Sony 55" Tv that blew up after four years, and we got a new Tv because we had the extra protection in warranty.

We would not be without our Geek Squad Service! It gives piece of mind knowing they are there for you when you need them! They have given us great service every time!! Would not be without this service! Well worth the money!

We purchased a 5 year plan for a larger TV and have had to use it twice due to severe storms in the area with major lightening strikes. We were thoroughly happy with the results. The Geek Squad did a great job! Because of this, we purchased a plan for a smaller TV we just bought.

My samsung tv went on the blink. I had purchased a five year warranty and I am glad I did. Best Buy replaced my TV at no cost to me. The only thing I paid for was another 5 year warranty. Great to have. Would not be without it.

I always get a protection plan for any big ticket items. You never know what can go wrong. They are usually good at repairing or replacing items when things go bad.

I've purchased the two years protection because of economic reasons, but when it time to renew I will have that option. Hopefully I will never have to use it but I'm glad it's a option for me just in case I do.

The Geek Squad mounted my equipment and were very professional. Installed my TV and Sound Bar very quickly.

Great peace of mind that I hope goes unused. If something does go wrong, I'll have some recourse.

My Geek Squad Service purchase was the best purchase decision ever because when I needed installation assistance I called the Squad and they were at my home in less than an hour and done in less than an hour.

They were super helpful and insightful . I literally was in the store for maybe ten minutes

I give them an excellent rating. My first LG TV failed after about 4 years. My Geek protection qualified me for full original price toward a new TV.

Haven't had any issues with the television and mounted the television myself on existing wall mount. Haven't had to use the Geek Squad protection so no issues. Always have been satisfied with the service received from Best Buy.

We had black lines on our Samsung TV so we called and they arranged for us to have a new TV delivered and installed and the old one taken away. It's based on current value so we ended up choosing a larger 4k Sony and just paid the difference. Customer service was really easy to work with.

I usually buy the warranty for the products I purchase at Best Buy. I have used the warranties I have purchased in the past for every one of my washers. I would recommend at least getting the warranty on any washer purchased.

Worth the money if you spend more than $600 on a TV. Also 55" TV or larger they come to you to fix it.

I would not purchase anything from Best Buy without getting their Geek Squad, Total Tech. They have always stood behind everything i have bought.
