We purchased the 5yr protection plan with our original TV in 2014. We had to bring the TV in 3 times for issues. The last time they had to junk it and gave us a new one with absolutely no hassles. We've purchased the same warranty for this new one. Well worth the $59.99!

Hoping that it takes care of any damage or malfunction over the next 5 yrs,

I have gotten this before on previous TV's & it was very handy when one of them lost video rather early in it's usage. They were unable to repair it so I received a new TV in replacement.

My TV was broke and they explained what needed to be done or gave me an option for a gift card. I was very satisfy with my option.

A 5 year warranty is essential for tv models above $400. 1 or 2 problems, it will pay for itself. Don't have to mail it to the company, just take it to the closest Best Buy or have them work on it at your home, for large screen models. Wish they would refund half the cost of the warranty if there were no problems.

They are quick to come out for a service call. Keep you updated when they will arrive. Guys are friendly and knowledgeable.

Any time you buy an electronic device, it’s better to get an extended warranty. No worries on extra costs for repairs.

Buy Best Buy protection plan with Geek squad if you are buying any expensive electronic product. You never know what wrong goes with electronic product. Geek Squad gives you that safe guard in what if moment.

When purchasing a $2000 Tv, always get it covered, Best Buy’s protection plan is supreme, even if your tv gets damaged in those 5 years and they fix it, they will still cover you for the remainder 5 years.

I absolutely support Greek Squad. Saved me money on alot of my investments. Had numerous product failed on me and Greek Squad help exchanged or fixed the product same day.

Haven't had to use geek squad protection as yet. I hung my own tv did my own connections and un boxing. They did offer to do these things. This is what I do for a living so I didn't need that done. I guess it's great a Haven't needed them for warranty purposes as yet.

Geek Squad always on our list if we purchasing anything from Best Buy store. We can't leave store without it. So make sure to buy them if you're going to purchase something expensive from the store

The Geek Squad guys are top notch and professional. They also took the time to show me how to use the remote and made sure I could go to my Roku and also my BluRay player. I would not think of investing money in a new 55" HD TV without a five year protection plan.

Came in on time and two people dropped off the tv. Very nice.

My old Samsung tv died 9 days between the 5 year protection plan and I got a free replacement that was a substantial upgrade over my prior tv. I always buy protection plans for larger purchases and it really paid off!
