Don’t know if this is good or not, haven’t needed to use it much

the Geek Squad are always very knowledgeable and helpful with any issue I have ever had. I have always purchased this with any TV I have ever bought from them.

I just recently had to go in for service on my kids Nintendo switch , I book and appt on line it’s was super easy it save me time , and they returned faster then they said they would.

Television works fine and I am satisfied with the performance.

purchased this 2 year warranty for really great price. Will save me from any hassle should the TV malfunction in the future. geek squad comes to your house to fix it for this size of tv ( for smaller you have to take it to them that is what I was told). I have not needed it yet.

Considering our last LG color panel broke right after the 1 year warranty, we wished we had gotten geek squad like we just did for our new TV. It's nice to know we don't have to bang the back of the TV if something goes wrong.

A must-have with today’s technology. As senior citizens, it was an important addition to our purchase.

I have not used the extended warranty but did plenty of research and wether should buy or not and I pulled the trigger. Everything I’ve read says Best Buy has the best warranty you can buy.

Geek Squad never used but heard a lot of good just hope I never need to use the service.

Geek squad agent was informative and explained everything so I could understand recommend a warranty for everything well worth the money

The 1st agent installed and setup tv and did a thorough job of explaining to me how things work. 2d set of agents mounted tv and installed soundbar. Wish they would have left the manual on how to operate it.

5 year warranty. Great offer for this 58 inch tv. Love the extended warranty of 5 years.

When purchasing an expensive item from Best Buy, I always purchase the Geek Squad Protection plan. I've had several items under the Geek Squad plan replaced with no worries.

Inlove with the tv has very high details and beautiful colors and works well with my ps5 and very awesome with movies

I usually don't purchase a protection plan. I was surred that they would come to my house if there was a problem so it was worth. I haven't used it and hope I won't have to but it gives peace of mind.

Geek squad representative was outstanding. Arrived timely and performed service quickly.

Great protection with BestBuy you can always be sure they will fix it or replace it

Nopefully never needed. idk why companies want reviews ONLY weeks after a purchase, at least send another review link 1-2 year after.
