My tv broke down and I went to bestbuy to buy another tv, but then they checked my account and found that I had the geek squad guarantee active and they replaced my tv for free, that was great, thanks geek squad.

I haven’t had to use it yet and hopefully never need to.

Good additional coverage for TV at a reasonable price. But still hoping it won't have to be used.

The Geek Squard to necessary to assist you with all your products. You can ask questions and visit them in the store. They are ready to assist you with your problem, YEAH!

For an expensive item this is a must have. We got the protection for our washer and for the TV. In today's world of computers and technology, anything can fail. It WILL be expensive to fix.

I didn't need to use my geek tv insurance I did purchase it on a 2yr warranty..I haven't had it too long yet!!!

Dont buy from best buy!!!! They used to be good my TV messed up and we called them cause they can be fickle on what they do and say. Ive returned tvs for store credit before to get another brand cause the one i had has issues. This time I asked about it and they said i would have to have it brought in then sent off for repair. Or someone come to my house ive had people steal from me before i do not let people in my house. I told them that I wanted to do a warranty and then was going to buy a more expensive tv. They told me that i could not do that then transfered me to a supervisor who said yes it would be ok let me get you to another department. That next department pretty much told us to send it in or nothing at all. So like normal fashion with best buy its up to if they feel like letting you do it or not. I just had swapped out a bad router for a better one and guy at register said yes you can do this. But about a month or 2 later they wont let me exchange my tv? It has panel issues I spend most of my time at home due to not being able to work cause of a back injury so if i have to send my tv back for repair i will have no way of watching tv. But its cool i wont be buying from best buy anymore and i have slowed down over the years buying from them i was an elite member spending over 7k a year with them but as i said no more.

It is better to go for what is safe and reliable... they offer you a good policy

Didn't need to use service warranty, but thought price was fair.

They have been super awesome since with my previous tv they had to come to my apartment 3 times and on every ocasión the geek squad rep that came was mega nice and easy going.

This was a great starting surround sound. I have not had any issues until recently with the sound sounding a bit off but overall a great surround sound.
