This was a must have after purchasing my new television from Best Buy. The price was reasonable for the item that I bought.

I feel Best Buy's protection plans are a good value. I have used the protection plan for two other purchases with great satisfaction.

I purchased this awesome protection plan on an open box tv as open box tv's tend to be someone else's trash.. Thankfully I am protected if the tv breaks.. Geek squad rules!

I haven’t had to use it yet but from what I remember with all my other stuff they’ve always been fast and on it when it comes to service.

Haven’t had to use the Geek Squad service as of yet. But hoping it is as reliable as the amount I paid for it.

Each and every time I have a problem or question about a product I purchased at Best Buy I can rely on the Geek Squad to explain what the problem is and fix it on the spot.

Knowing that the geek squad got my back gives me a reason to be relaxed and worry free. I haven't had any reason to use them, but I know they're there whenever I need them.

They are very helpful. I always need help with some computer after updates!

Haven’t used the Protection Plan. But it was in my Best Interest to have this Plan never know what may happen and It’s a Good Plan that Covers some “MAJOR” Problems.

The 5 year protection plan is just peace of mind knowing that you will be covered in the event something goes wrong.Best decision I could make for the life of my product.
