I purchase the geek squad protection with EVER product I buy . Had a TV break down to big go store they come to me fixed no charge .

I needed this plan just in case additional help was needed for items purchased. Wasn’t clear on what the Geek Squad does.

HIGHLY RECCOMEND. ANY INVESTMENT YOU HAVE IS WORTH PROTECTING. BEST BUY HAS BEEN GOOD WITH REPLACING PRODUCTS IN THE PAST.

Good price for the protection plan. I didn’t usually add on extra protections but I decided it was worth it for the new TV.

I haven’t needed to use it yet but it certainly gives me peace of mind knowing that it’s available if I have any problems.

Got with new tv purchase on sale so got deal on geek squad warranty. Have not yet to have to use it and hopefully do not have to but gives peace of mind it is therw if and when needed.

I bought the 5 yr plan for an open box tv purchase. Hopefully I never have to use it, but it's good piece of mind.

Geek squad Plans are OK but kind of expensive and your refund will only be in Best Buy gift cards

I always recomend geek squad for all purchases. This helps for any unexpected issues that you might have with your device.

From personal experience, it is an unequivocal necessity to add the Best Buy warranty to your appliances. They are helpful and do a great job making it right.
