The plan is good they're willing to fix what you have before shipping it off first without even trying to fix it which most companies do not give any effort in doing so.

Just to make sure we are covered we got the BestBuy Protection Warranty Just in case.

excellent, no hassel warranty. When my microwave ceased working, I just took it back to the store and got a voucher for a replacement item. No questions asked.
