Always purchase the plan. Good to have. My 2013 TV stopped working. I was covered till 2018. Wasn't able to fix TV. I was reimbursed for the price I paid for TV in 2013.

I usually don't buy extended warranties but with a larger expensive purchase I wanted to protect my investment.

Haven’t used the warranty yet. Always buy these warranties due to the ease of just returning or exchanging a product.

This warranty is a must because I had to have my 4K Sony traded out after three years because the television died. But they were quick to set up the 2017 model.

Luckily I haven't had to use my Geek Squad Protection. But it gives me peace of mind knowing that I have it.

Even though u are paying alot for the item it's great to have backup protection , never know when it will go bad

I have not had to use the service yet. The coverage is very comprehensive and price is much more reasonable than other protection / service plans.

What's not to like? Best Buy will either fix or replace my open box LED TV, for $30 for 5 years Geek Squad protection. That's a little over 1 1/2 cents per day!
