Never have a problem profesional customer service always in time

Bought the protection for my TV. I was able to replace my tv for a brand new tv a week before the warranty expired. Great deal, Great service.

I did get the extra warranty for the TV but haven't had to use it yet therefore can't really say how well it will work for me but I am hoping with it being from Best Buy it will work very well for me

I haven't had to use the Protection yet but for $40 for 5 years I wont be upset if i dont have it. Better to have it then to need it and not have it. Only 4 stars since i haven't had to use it so i dont know if its easy and simple or a pain to resolve problems with the product.
