Love the plan that Best Buy offers they have always had great warranty’s also

Was priced fairly and worked really well when needed without any hassle.

This is something I don't wish to have to use. It's good to know I have though. If something happens, I hope I'm covered.

The TV looks great when it works, there is definitely an issue with quality assurance when it comes to this TV i have the same one in another room and it works just fine. The new one not so much.

They sent me to 3 different people to try and figure out what was the problem. I was able to understand them with ease.

I haven’t had to use them due to the fact that the products I purchased are well-made good quality money well spent

You NEED to purchase these product protective plans. Geek squad works well with manufacturer to fix or even replace your product. It's insurance in the case that you get a faulty product.

This is our second renewal for Geek Squad protection. They have helped use numerous times fir computer installs and service repair.
