Customer was amazing. My tv would no longer power on. The geek squad agent quickly and thoroughly looked for replacement. Parts we're no longer available. He was offer a full refund for the TV or replace it for something of a similar value. This was all a matter of 5 days. Very happy with the service.

The agents came out to my house and diagnosed the tv within a minute. Very quick and easy process.

I mean its honestly worth the extra $60 i think it was. It covers alot the manufacturer warranty wouldn't.

I live near the Best Buy in Aventura area. Note: for the most part I do all of my electronics purchase from the aventura store. I happened to be near the Best Buy in Hialeah so we stopped by and purchase a Sony tv from them Along with a extended warranty one year to the date it broke, I then call the geeks They came out six or seven times they were unavailable to fix the problem. So the geek called the aventura store since it’s only a few minutes away to see if they would help on the exchange and aventura Best Buy declined to do anything about this issue. Then they called the Hialeah store and spoke to the manager Hector and he accept to take the tv back with no Additional charge to me. All of this has taken 5 months to be resolved, I believe that I purchase the tv at Best Buy and the Best Buy at aventura Should have looked at it more clearly. Best Buy in Aventura lost a customer and Best Buy in Hialeah has gain one&

Glad to know my TV is protected by Geek Squad. My TV is protected for 5 years for a convenient price. Last TV was destroyed during moving not taking the same chances again.

I am very satisfied with the LG TV that has good sound a fairly good picture and I’m very satisfied that everything is working out. OK that’s all I can say about it right now.

Purchased 5 year warranty for an open box TCL TV R646. They were professional and helpful when advising on the 5 year warranty. I have no issues with tv so far but good to know I have that extra warranty/coverage in case anything happens.

I have spent a lots of money over the years. Being a customer for over 30 years plus. And i haven't had to many return merchandise. And i am going to give Best Buy 10.

Well worth it for certain item levels. Very useful option for peace of mind. Since Samsung doesn't think much of their products and provide a minimal warranty I got this to be safe. My last tv has lasted well but the next one failed in less than 2 yrs. I Showed them the issues and they instantly gave me full credit of purchase price. Too bad they don't consider a sale price when giving credit. I had to pay out a little over $100 to get an exact replacement with the current model since there were no sales at the time.

Pice of Mind having this protection is a comfort, and all is that!

my tv was 40 days old and the hdmi ports burned out , made a call and got a repair person out the next week

OLED TVs are known to occasionally have risk of burn in, so geek squad protection is always a great idea when the warranty is only a year.

Please listen to the BestBuy sales person when they talk to of this amazing plan, I had at first immediately shut him down and didn’t let him explain, I was wrong and should of been open and heard him out. When I got home and my order had to be changed because of availability and pricing, I found a great deal for Geek squad included in the add on suggestions so I added into the cart to see what it would do. I was in desperate and FAST need of replacing broken down kitchen appliances in a nee to me home because within a year I had no working fridge or oven Holy moly! I saved so much more on installation and haul away then I did on the geek squad plan itself! And 4 months later when my garbage disposal ALSO died, I used the plan to have that delivered and installed! And I still have 7 months left on my plan! Thank you BestBuy for such a great service

This for us is a no brainer. If your making a big investment the piece of mind geek squad gives you is nice. I bought this exact same tv a couple of years ago with no protection true story and after a couple of months the screen broke. That tv is at the town dump. Anything can happen and no it wasn’t the kids. Life happens. Even after the year a line can come down one side then the other and your out of luck. Then you’ll be wishing you got that protection. So take my inexperience as a reviewer and just get that much needed protection. Hope I helped.
