    I’m happy with this protection, I have two kids and need it really I just got a new Remote Tv because it was removed by my kids and Geek Squad paid for it

    Good insurance for a tv. Come out and repair or replace. Didn’t like that it was double the cost of TV protection that was on $200 less than

    I have a rest of mind knowing that if there’s anything going wrong with my setup, I’ll have a timely response from the Geek Squad to repair or replace the faulty parts.

    I bought this extended warranty for a tv that I purchsed for my father. Good piece of mind knowing that he has a 5 year warranty instead of one year that the manufacturer gives you.

    Great thing to have, some people say it will never go bad. Well if the manufactures warranty is 1 year and the TV gets hit by lightning surge and Fry's the circuitry 1 year and 1 day later you are out of luck. If you have one of these plans your covered.

    In my opinion geek squad replacement plans are gold. Last TV I had was a Samsung KS8500 and I loved that television. But unfortunately after a few years the screen started to go bad so I used this warranty and it gave me a lot of money to go towards my next TV purchase. Which was a Sony OLED. I've then purchased a warranty for that television as well because OLEDs can experience burn in. And fortunate for me this plan covers burn in. I'm hoping I never need to use it but if I do I know it's there and it's well worth it.

    I purchased a Geek Squad 5 year protection for my new LG 65 inch Oled TV C4. Best buy is the only company i found that will cover burn in for an OLED TV.

    I'm not a technology-minded person. As a result, I want someone I can call if I have a question about the product I've purchased, or a problem arises. Having Geek Squad protection gives me peace of mind because I know I can call them 24/7 (yes, I've called them in the middle of the night), and they will help me.     Just purchased a new Sony 75'' tv and the 2 yr extended Geek Squad warranty. Brought it home myself. They wanted 200.00 buck's to deliver and set it up. I got a friend to help with unboxing and set up. " It takes two people to unbox and set up this big tv. " Out of the box the new Sony TV has a bad Pixel. Red dot with a line all the way across the screen. First, I was asked to bring it back in for exchange myself? Of course I said no, I purchased the "Geek Squad Warranty ". They told me if I had any issues they'd come to my house and fix it.! Long story short. Even though I purchased the " Geek Squad Warranty " where they said they would come out and fix my tv at my house for no charge,... they said because it's still covered by the manufactures warranty they would have to send it back to the manufacturer for repairs! Could take weeks. They will exchange it and deliver me a new tv at no charge and set it inside my house and pick up the old new tv but that's it. I will be responsible for unboxing and setting up the new tv again myself and disposing of the big box and all of the packaging. Also, today is the 4th of July 2024, my appointment for receiving my replacement TV is 7/17/24, 13 day's from now and the the so called NARROW appointment window on the 17th is 7 am to 7 pm.!! Really?? Lol. I need to be available for 12 hours? Is the best we can do? I'm glad I have the warranty or I'd have to box this thing back up and return it myself but I'm disappointed that I got a defective tv, that's on Sony. I paid big buck's for what I expected to be a top Quality product! I'm also disappointed that Best Buy won't just come out and fix this TV, that's why I paid for the warranty! So I wouldn't have to go through all of this hassle with returns, exchanges etc.

    Peace of Mind costs. My current TV had a power surge that fried the TV. My warranty had expired ( 6 year old TV). Having the warranty gives me peace of mind that within the next 3 years I have coverage for any replacement issues.
