Always trust geek squad to protect my tech even though bust buy has great return options available

I always buy 5 year Because of the size of the TV 65" Sony

Best buy and geek squad have the best warranty hands down.

Haven't had any need to utilize, but have in the past and received great service.

These guys go far and beyond to help resolve any issues Couldn't do it without them

I hope I never have to use it, but I'd still highly recommend it. I bought this with a big screen television, mainly because if something does happen, they (Geek Squad) will come to you to repair it, rather than having to lug it back into the store. That's worth everything it costs and more.

I usually never buy a service plan but I did with the purchase of my new television. It's for "just in case". Hopefully I will never need to use it and if I do it was worth the price!

It works great and the picture quality is great. It was easy to setup in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this television.

The original TV and delivery went flawlessly. Somewhat disappointed in taking nearly the entire week for replacement.

Here’s the thing with geek squad protection. They will take care of you. Fix or exchange. Easy for me every time I’ve had an issue

I had a tv that the back panel had burnt up suddenly. No issues with getting a new tv to replace the one that back panel burnt up. Would recommend Geek Squad protection.

GeekSquad has always been a great additional service offered by BestBuy. One of the reasons I always check BestBuy first!

I am very thankful that I had a two year warranty because I needed to use it and it enabled me to get another TV

Helped me just as I needed, was able to replace my TV with a newer version when the backlights blew out.

Hopefully it never gets used but for the peace of mind it’s definitely worth its weight in gold

Nice alternative to the usual one year warranty. We had a laptop we bought once that didn’t have it and the screen stopped working just out of warranty. In the long run, it’s worth the extra charge for peace of mind.

Thankfully my old 55" TV had a 5 year warranty. After 4 1/2 years, the board started to go out. It turned out that the TV was not worth the money to repair and they honored my warranty and I was able to get a new TV (60"), and since TV's have come down in price significantly, I was able to get the TV, new 5 year warranty, delivery and set up, and still get $300 back in Best Buy cash.

I found out after first purchase to add Geek. Works wonderful from home did not have to go into store for one of my devices. But did on computer problem and they solved the problem very quickly.

Well worth the cost - Time frames for certain repairs are always going to be subject to delays - Bottom line is though, Geek Squad stands behind their commitments and will continue to work on an issue until everything is up and running as good as new - People just have to keep in mind, everything isn't instant gratification... as much as we would like it to be - Robert C

I recommend anyone to purchase an extended warranty on a major purchase because you never know when it will be needed I had purchased many warranties in the past and yes they do work and less worries not to affect your pocket book because you already took care of it earlier
