My 4-year old LG OLD developed screen burn-in and within 3 to 4 days of contacting the Geek Squad it was replaced with the latest model at no cost to me.

Geek Squad arrived on time and did a great job wall mounting our TV

My tv installation was very simple. All that was required was mounting the tv on the wall. I dont have any other devices that needed to be connected to my tv.

I haven't had a need to use it yet, but definitely would recommend just for peace of mind when purchasing anything tech-wise

Consider the cost of the tv i bought and they guarantee it for 5 years. I see tvs all over on cl selling w bad pixels or a line. If this hapoens in 4 years from nowwell i call best buy and tgey bring me a samsung series 9 tv that has 3d to my house and haul off the bad one who wouldnt want their tech replaced with the new updated version?

Every warranty on anything that you buy from bestbuy it's really worth every penny!!!. Have always get it on every item that I've bought and it has become so useful, casue bestbuy always respects the warranty and exchanges anything that has problems for a new one without hesitation, I personally really recommend it!!!!!.

I've been buying Geek Squad Service Protections for every purchase over $250 for 20 years! I've only had to use it once...but that ONE time, I saved the cost of I don't know how many protection plans for how many products! I advise everybody who asks to always get the added warranty protection!

Always worth getting the protection plan! A piece of my vacuum broke off many years later and I got a full refund in store credit.

Great method of getting peace of mind for your expensive TV purchase. The burn-in coverage is something unique when it comes to warranties offered by established sellers.

If you get a chance to take advantage of this within the first 2yrs after purchase, then you'll be golden. Sadly most electronics seemed to be programmed to fail within 24hrs after any insurance, protection, warranty, etc. have expired lol

I had bought a Vizio tv where it would shut of intermittently so I called Vizio they were no help. So bought a new Samsung tv I love this thing to death always purchase a extended warranty I hope I don’t have to use mine but if I do I know I’ll be covered! :)

Must have for electronics that get a lot of usage. Plus, I get this for anything I spend over $100 for as I don't like taking chances and wasting money for things that could possibly break. Now if it breaks after the warranty runs out then that's fine with me as I got my money's worth in my opinion.
