I decided to buy extra protection for my tv and chose the 2 year warranty. I figured buying a floor model it was worth it for the extra protection and I wasn’t wrong. I was having issues with the smart tv connecting to WiFi and simply scheduled an appointment and dropped it off for repair. The turn around was great and the best thing is that there was no cost to me.

This is by far the best thing I have ever bought from Bestbuy!!! I recommend this to everyone that purchases from Bestbuy. It is extremely easy to use and there is no problems when you use it. Recommend to everyone

Just for the overall piece of mind I would implore people to buy the extended warranty on ALL major electronics purchases! You have such a great knowable staff with the Geek Squad just waiting to help you in all aspects of your life with such product! It has been a lifesaver to this family of mine in the past which is why we always buy the coverage!

I always buy Geek Squad insurance for my technology. There has never been a moment when I had any difficulties either replacing or fixing my items.

Repair was good but contacting a person on the phone to make an appointment (or anything else) is extremely frustrating !

A. They didnt laugh at us when we needed their hlep because we couldnt open the remote to put the batteries in B. Professional and knowledgeable

So because of my C1 TV just shutting off I decided to get this extra protection plan to protect my C2 TV for an extra year, hopefully I don’t have any problems so far so good

I didn't use the geek squad for this item, although I have heard so many good things about them and thier prompt services.I would definitely use them.

My own mount saved my money from cable company they works on internet and streaming on TV

The agents helped out a lot took care of all the needs, I didn’t score 5 stars it took a while to get eveything done

Getting the geek squad protection is the best thing you can do for all your tech purchases. Now says it seems like everything is either broke or I need help with it and the squad is there for me when I need help.

You can never go wrong getting the warranty! Definitely worth it!

Our TV died and fortunately we had the Geek Squad warranty. When they came they were very courteous and professional. Knew exactly what the problem was and explained everything in terms we could understand. Unfortunately he couldn’t fix it but we got our money back and we’re able to buy a new one right away.

Geek Squad service and installation is the very best! They are committed and dedicated to providing quality installation and service. The personnel are very professional, arrived on time and even called when they were on their way. I can’t recommend Geek Squad highly enough!!!

It has been too soon for me to tell anyting about the warranty but I heard that it was awesome and protect everything and it's worth having so I would have eyes purchase it because you never know what can happen to your merchandise so purchase it and let them help you enjoy your merchandise to the fullest

I recommend extended warranties on most high-end televisions. The cost of replacement panels are well worth the warranty price. If they don't make the parts anymore Best Buy will give you the replacement value in a equally featured television. The extended warranty has paid off for me in the past.

It’s all just a big gamble isn’t it. Unless you have had first hand experience with other LG televisions. My LG television just died a little before its 5th anniversary. Maybe the television was on way more than normal during the 2 years of Covid. Anyway, decided it might be wise to have the Geek Squad on my side for this purchase.

Oled is amazing! Owned for months and I don’t think I could go back to any other panel type. Great for all content, especially gaming!
